Can I refill my prescriptions on MEDIVA?
Yes, MEDIVA can provide short-term refills for most non-narcotic medications. Before refilling, you will need to complete your full medical history and provide details about the medication you’ve been taking. Please note that narcotics or controlled substances cannot be refilled. If your refill request is denied, there will be no charge. To ensure accuracy, have your medication bottles available during your consultation to confirm the exact name and dosage with the physician.
Can I get a medical excuse for a sick day?
Yes, we can provide a written note confirming that you were treated by a MEDIVA physician. This note, along with proof of purchase from a pharmacy, can be submitted to your employer or relevant party. However, we do not provide or complete paperwork for long-term disability or extended absences from work.
How long will I have to wait to speak with a doctor?
Wait times can vary, but you can typically expect to speak with a doctor within an hour or less. We also offer priority consultations for urgent situations. Please note, priority consultations offer the same quality of care as routine visits and are not intended for medical emergencies.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we treat children aged 2 years and older. A parent or legal guardian must initiate the consultation for the child to receive treatment online.
